As a result of research,  academic study, practice and years spent with clients, I have developed a unique Coaching & Mentoring offering. I adapt what I do to each individual or the company I’m working with, and we can discuss your needs to make sure you feel safe, listened to and a part of the process every step of the way.


At some point in our lives, we can all feel that we are not living a life we desire. We can feel stuck, and emotions can rise as a result of not knowing how to move forward. Triggers and self-limiting beliefs can quickly morph into daunting obstacles that leave you feeling unfulfilled and not showing up for life as the best version of yourself.

But with the right help, and learning learning tools and techniques to change the mindset, we can all start to move beyond the stumbling blocks that are holding us back from living an authentic and joyful life.

Usana Mindset’s Coaching & Mentoring support helps calm the noise of life so you can gain the clarity and confidence needed to transform your mindset and your life. Adopting a holistic approach, I offer coaching, mentoring and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) through bespoke programmes tailored to your needs.

Furthermore, for those that enjoy the outdoors, I also offer Walk & Talk sessions, allowing you to explore your mind and thoughts without the confines that indoors can bring.

Executive and Personal Coaching & Mentoring

Even with an effective work-life balance, our working and personal lives are intricately connected. So, when work and personal dynamics collide, it can lead to stress, anxiety and a disconnection from your role and career path.

Usana Mindset’s executive coaching aims to give you clarity by identifying the triggers and stressors that are stopping you from thriving in all environments. With an attentive ear, I get to the heart of the issue and provide you with concrete tools and techniques that will change your mindset and equip you for the challenges of balancing your work and personal life. No change means to change, and as such, actions and stepping stones will be highlighted, all of which will ensure your path forward to the life you wish.

Executive and personal coaching is open to any person struggling to separate work and personal dynamics, and all sessions are delivered remotely and on a one-to-one basis.  This can include working to move beyond overwhelm and anxiety, brain fog, heightened emotions with situations, improving leadership skills and relationship dynamics, career move, as well as finding clarity and building confidence on all areas of your life.

Our personal growth programmes are open to anyone and offer you a supportive environment to uncover the thoughts and behaviours that are holding you back from living a fulfilled and joyful life.

Bringing calm and clarity, our personal growth programmes aim to get you tuned into your sense of self and the environment around you. From there, we can help you identify where you may be holding yourself back and the stepping stones that will help you transition to the reality you genuinely desire.


Coaching can involve just a few sessions or a more extended programme and is completely customised to your needs.
